Note: Anything that is not listed would be considered a "Special Order". Please feel free to contact us with any questions so we can better serve you. We offer bulk packages as well, such as a 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or a Full Beef.  Our bulk packaged beef is normally custom cut for each customer, but we do offer it precut as well.
